On the afternoon of September 23, 2019, Lanfeng convened its first extraordinary general meeting of 2019, carrying out the re-election of a new board of directors and board of supervisors, and holding the first meetings of the Fifth Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors.

      The shareholders' meeting was chaired by Mr. Yang Zhenhua. Company shareholders voted by on-site and online ballot, electing 7 non-independent directors and 4 independent directors to jointly form the company's Fifth Board of Directors; and electing 2 shareholder-representative supervisors, who, together with the employee-representative supervisors elected by the workers' congress, form the company's Fifth Board of Supervisors.

      At the first meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors held on the same day, the board elected Mr. Yang Zhenhua as Chairman of the Fifth Board of Directors and appointed the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Secretary of the Board, and Chief Financial Officer. At the first meeting of the Fifth Board of Supervisors, the board of supervisors elected Ms. Zhou Chenxi as Chairwoman of the Company's Board of Supervisors.

      With this, the company's board of directors, board of supervisors, and senior management successfully completed the re-election. Chairman Yang Zhenhua expressed deep expectations for the members of the new board of directors and board of supervisors, hoping that all members would continue to support the company's development, offer suggestions in their respective fields, and contribute to the company's growth and expansion.
