1、Wastewater treatment facilities

Jiangsu Lanfeng Biochemical Co., Ltd.Factory wastewater treatment facilities:

The companyexisting wastewater treatment facilities have a treatment capacity of3000t/d. The wastewater treatment process is: production wastewater undergoes workshop pre-treatment(regulating tank+ micro-electrolysis reaction tower + high-efficiency catalytic oxidation unit + inclined plate sedimentation + discharge tank)and then is combined with domestic sewage and passes throughbiochemical regulating tank+ hydrolysis acidification tank + UASB + three-stage A/O tank+ secondary sedimentation tank+ cloth filter tank + oxidation tank, then enters the tail water tank and is discharged to the Everbright Water Operation (Xinyi) Co., Ltd. Economic Development Zone wastewater treatment plant for advanced treatment. Wastewater discharge follows the wastewater treatment plant acceptance (handover) standard.

2、Waste gas treatment facilities

Acidic waste gas: falling film absorption+ water absorption + alkali destruction treatment, then compliant discharge.

Organic waste gas: treated by condensation, activated carbon adsorption, activated carbon fiber adsorption/regeneration, chemical adsorption, regenerative incineration and other methods, then compliant discharge.

Sulfur dioxide waste gas: treated bythe "3+2" five-stage conversion method for absorption treatment, then compliant discharge.

IV. Occurrence of major environmental problems

Jiangsu Lanfeng BiochemicalCo., Ltd. is able to combine national environmental protection laws and regulations, as well as the rules, regulations and management provisions of environmental authorities at all levels, to establish and improve relevant environmental management systems, and has compiled and implemented the enterprise's environmental risk emergency plans，and strictly complies with all national environmental protection laws and regulations. During the reporting period, no major or extraordinarily serious environmental pollution accidents occurred。

V.Hazardous waste and general industrial solid waste discharge

LanfengLanfeng's general industrial solid waste mainly consists of employees' domestic garbage.Domesticgarbageis entrusted to the Wayaoyao Town Government forunified disposal.

The hazardous waste produced by the company includes:distillation residual liquid, distillation residue, filter residue, waste mineral oil, waste solvent, sedimentation residue, activated carbon, sludge, waste salt residue,waste packaging-materials and waste catalysts. Hazardous waste codes:HW04, HW06, HW08, HW18, HW38, HW49, HW50. All hazardous waste generated by the company (100%) is centrally collected and transferred in a standardized manner to qualified units for safe disposal.

In 2026, the company signed hazardous waste disposal contracts with companies including Jiangsu Hongde Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Suqian Runtai Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Pingfu Environmental Resources Development Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Kaituozhe Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd., Everbright Environmental Protection Solid Waste Disposal (Xinyi) Co., Ltd., and Everbright Green Environmental Protection Solid Waste Landfill (Xinyi) Co., Ltd. As of January 2026, the company had generated a total of 476.49 tons of hazardous waste and safely transferred and disposed of 479.161 tons of hazardous waste; by the end of January 2026, the hazardous waste inventory was 249.503 tons.

    VII. Explanation of the pollutant discharge permit

The enterprise obtained its pollutant discharge permit on2017year11,7, with the certificate number: 91320300137099187N001P。

In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Pollutant Discharge Permits (Trial)" and the technical specifications for the application and issuance of pollutant discharge permits for relevant industries, the enterprise completed the permit change and renewal on2022year1,19.

The company formulates an annual self-monitoring plan in accordance with the requirements of the pollutant discharge permit management, and files it with the Environmental Protection Bureau for record. At the same time, it entrusts Jiangsu Xince Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out the monitoring.
