The company mainly produces four product series: insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and fine chemical intermediates.

Adhering tothe corporate mission of "innovating agrochemical technology and serving the greening industry", and has passed the certifications of three management systems: quality, environment and occupational health and safety. The company organizes production strictly in accordance with the "three-in-one" management system standards. Its products have won wide praise from consumers, with excellent product quality, and make positive contributions to agricultural harvests.

1. Wastewater treatment facilities

The companyThe existing wastewater treatment facilities have a processing capacity of3000 t/d. The wastewater treatment process is: production wastewater undergoes workshop pre-treatment（equalization tank+ micro-electrolysis reaction tower + high-efficiency catalytic oxidation unit + inclined-plate sedimentation + discharge tank),then together with domestic sewage passes throughbiological equalization tank + hydrolytic acidification tank + UASB + three-stage A/O tank + secondary sedimentation tank + cloth filter tank + oxidation tank, then into tail water tank and discharged to the Everbright Water Operation (Xinyi) Co., Ltd. Economic Development Zone wastewater treatment plant for advanced treatment. Wastewater discharge complies with the wastewater treatment plant acceptance standards.

2. Waste gas treatment facilities

Acidic waste gas: falling-film absorption + water absorption + alkali destruction treatment, then discharged meeting standards.

Organic waste gas: treated by condensation, activated carbon adsorption, activated carbon fiber adsorption-regeneration, chemical adsorption, regenerative thermal incineration and other methods, then discharged meeting standards.

Sulfur dioxide waste gas: treated by"3+2" five-stage conversion method for absorption, then discharged meeting standards.

IV. Occurrence of major environmental problems

Jiangsu Lanfeng Bio-chemicalThe Company has, in accordance with the national environmental laws and regulations as well as the rules, regulations and management provisions of environmental authorities at all levels, established and improved all relevant environmental management systems, and prepared and implemented the enterprise environmental risk response plan, it strictly complies with all national environmental laws and regulations. During the reporting period, no major or serious environmental pollution accidents occurred..

V. Hazardous waste and general industrial solid waste discharge

LanfengGeneral industrial solid waste mainly consists of employees’ domestic waste.Domesticwasteis handed over to the Wayaotown Governmentfor unified disposal.

The hazardous waste generated by the company includes:distillation residue liquid, distillation residue, filter residue, waste mineral oil, waste solvent, sedimentation sludge, activated carbon, sludge, waste salt residue,waste packa-ging and waste catalyst. Hazardous waste codes:HW04, HW06, HW08, HW18, HW38, HW49 and HW50. 100% of the hazardous waste generated by the company is centrally collected, and legally transferred to qualified units for safe disposal.

In 2026, the company signed hazardous waste disposal contracts with Jiangsu Hongde Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Suqian Runtai Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Pingfu Environmental Resources Development Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Kaituozhe Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd., Everbright Environmental Solid Waste Disposal (Xinyi) Co., Ltd., Everbright Green Environmental Solid Waste Landfill (Xinyi) Co., Ltd. and other companies. By the end of April 2026, the company had generated a total of 1,809.326 tons of hazardous waste, safely transferred and disposed of 1,808.028 tons, with a hazardous waste inventory of 253.472 tons at the end of April 2026.

VII. Explanation of the pollutant discharge permit

The enterprise obtained its pollutant discharge permit on201711 7, 2017. Permit number: 91320300137099187N001P.

In accordance with the requirements of the 《Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits (Trial)》 and the technical specifications for the application and issuance of pollutant discharge permits in related industries, the enterprise completed the permit change and renewal on20221 19, 2022.

The company, in accordance with the pollutant discharge permit management requirements, formulates an annual self-monitoring plan and files it with the Environmental Protection Bureau, and entrusts Jiangsu Xince Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out the monitoring. 

The company entrusts the Nanjing Institute of Environmental Sciences of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to provide post-permit supervision steward services.
