In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, and upon deliberation and decision by the Board of Directors, the Company plans to convene the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will review and consider proposals including the 2025 Annual Report of the Board of Directors, the Annual Report of the Board of Supervisors, the Annual Financial Settlement Report, and the Profit Distribution Plan.

This shareholders' meeting adopts a combination of on-site voting and online voting. Please refer to the attachment for specific meeting time, venue, and participation methods. Shareholders are kindly requested to pay attention to the Company's announcements and attend the meeting on time to exercise their voting rights.
