Spirodiclofen is a non-systemic acaricide that controls eggs, nymphs, and female adult mites primarily through contact and stomach action. Its mechanism of action involves inhibiting lipid synthesis in pest mites and disrupting energy metabolism, with no cross-resistance to conventional acaricides. It exhibits outstanding ovicidal activity and provides good control efficacy against various developmental stages of pest mites (except male adult mites).
